Old to new recall in Dubrovnik!

We chose the Christmas period to visit at Croatia where is a place of wonderful scenario and historical. I decided to travel with my father who loves to see all new around the world. I had to tell why I selected this trip from travel club. First, the time was suit for us. Second, price was cheap to stay at hotel for 5 nights with 12 meals, 2 full-day and 2 half-day tours included transportation, and round-trip airport transfers that were $668 USD for two person. Last, I was impressed with Boracay Trip.

What we prepared before travel;

* Air ticket: we bought from the world's travel club website with $1,286 USD (per person) for round-trips, Turkish Airlines (Bangkok to Dubrovnik).

* Weather: 8-19 C.

Day 1

* Airport Transfers: When arrived Dubrovnik Airport, the support team picked up at 16.00 PM (the distance between airport and hotel was 4.30 hours included ferry transfers; normally, it's 70 EURO for round-trip)

* Buffet Welcome Dinner

Communication Mistake! it's started from ... I hadn't got the e-mail from hotel about time to pick up at airport. I met other tour who can called to hotel for asking the airport transfer and hotel said we should go to hotel by taxi and hotel would be paid for taxi so that I got the taxi to the hotel with double charge because the google map showed 30 minutes from airport but the fact is 4.30 hours (OMG!). By the way, I complained this to the travel club and they apologized with points that made me felt better (However it's not at all, I paid for Taxi). Even through, I didn't get all money back in that time, I felt the travel agent always assisted their members if as possible. (I can say "I'm falling in love this travel agent")

Day 2

* Half-day tour in Vela Luka village: to enjoy the Christmas charity and try local cookies, soaps and liqueurs

* Cooking Class in the evening: to learn how to make a traditional cookie as called "Cukarini".

* Complimentary Drink from Travel Club: beer, wine, and juice

On this day, a host knew that we were tried so that we took a rest in the afternoon.

Day 3

* 90-minute walking tour of a Dalmatian garden; to enjoy the panorama view of Vela Luka at the Big Cove

* We walked around hotel to breathtaking

Day 4

* Full-day tour of Dubrovnik: host dropped us at the highlight attraction along the way to Dubrovnik such as the second greatest wall in Ston and the bridge view to see the Dubrovnik town

Day 5

* Full-day tour in Korcula; to visit Macro Polo's house, wine tasting and olive oil museum

* Farewell Dinner with music and traditional folk dancing.

Day 6

* Say goodbye to Korcula and Dubrovnik

It was bad and good in this trip... but I was satisfied in host (who toke care very well), hotel (however staffs were not service mind), food (I love BUFFET with WHITE FISH), and day trip (not hurry up to check in and out in each attraction).
